and drawings compiled to required standards where needed.
Defect diagnosis undertaken and Remedial
Works specified to ensure a satisfactory conclusion for properties

identification to Type 1, 2 and 3 levels including Sample

Adjudication
Our Registered Construction Adjudicator
(AICA) can provide a full and proper adjudication service
for contract provisions or under the "Scheme" as
required under the Housing, Grants, Construction and Regeneration
Act.
Disability Access Audits
Access Audits undertaken in line with
current standards (Part M of the Building Regulations, BS
8300: 2001 and the Code of Practice for Access Goods, Facilities,
Services and Premises) and advice given in report form for
access improvement and environment development to give all
persons with impediments to gain access to property.
